What is language ?
One of the best ways to begin to answer this question is to compare labguage with animal communication, and see where the similites and duffernces lie.
When animals communicate with each other, they may do so by means of touch, smell, sight or sound.
There is often a strong link between the actual signal and the message an animal wishes to convey.
In human language, the reverse is true. There is no link whatsiever between the signal and the message.
Most animals can communicate about things in the immediate environment only.
But human language is by no means totally conditioned by the enviroment.

To compare language with animal communication, you can see similarities and differences.First, animals communicate by means of touch, smell, sight or sound.
While mans use sound system.Second, animal signals often link between actual signal and the messages. But human language don't.It means only symbol.
Third, most animal can communicate in the immediate enveronment only. But human language can talk about any subject whatever,no matter how far away the topic.

One of the best ways to begin to answer "What is language?" is to compare language with animal communication, and to see where the similarities and differences lie. When animals communicate with each other, they touch, smell, sight or sound. About a strong link between the actual signal and the message, an animal language has it. However, human doesn't have it. Most animals can communicate about things in the immediate environment only, but human language can communicate about things that are absent as easily asabout things that are present. Most animals automatically know how to communicate without learning. On the other hand, a human being brought up in isolation simply doesn't acquire language.

What is language? We are able to answer this question with animal communication and to see similarities and differences. Animal cammnicate with each other by touch, smell, sight, sound. On the other hand, man got his sound signalling system in his evolution. This seems because all the organs used in speech have some more basic function. For example, man use lungs, teeth, lips, tougue, vocal cords and so on.

The best ways to answer "what is language?" is to compare language with animal communication, and to see where the similarities and diffrences lie. When animals communicate wjth each other, they may do so by means of touch, smell, sight or sound. Contrary, man probably acquired his sound signalling system. There is often a strong link between the actual signal and the message an animal wishsto convey, but in human language, the symbol used are arbitrary. Most animals autmatically know how to communicate without learning. On the other hand, human beings require careful step-by-step learning.

What is Language?
When animals communicate with each other, they may do so by means of touch, smell, sight or sound. Why we have preferred this medium is signal are not as widespread as sound signals. All organs used in speech have some more basic function such as weightlifting, defecation and childbirth. There is a strong link between the actual signal and the massage an animal wishes to convey, but human language is no intrinsic connection. Most animals can communicate in immediate environment only, it is nearer to human's baby's emotional cry.But human language can talk about any subject. Most animals automatically know how to communicate without learing for example bee dancing.Different from animals, to acquire human language is needed the long learning process.Human language is by no means totally conditioned by the environment.

One of the best way to answer this question, which is "what is language", is to compare language with animal communication, and to see where the similarities and differences lie. First, when animal communicate with each other, they may do so by means of touch, smell, sight, or sound. In an animal language is a strong link between the actual signal and the massage an animal wishes to covey. However, human language is no link whatsoever between the signal and the massage. Second, most animals can communicate about things in the immediate environment only , but human language can communicate about things that are absent as earily as about things that are present. Finally, most animals autmatically know how to communicate without learning. But human language need to lean for long time. It's difficult for human to acquire language easily.

What is Language? One of best ways is to compare language with animal communication, and to see where the similarities and differences lie. When animals communicate with each other, they may do so be means of touch, smell, sight or sound. An animal who wishes to warn off an opponent may simulate an attacking attitude. In human language, the reverse is true and by no means totally conditioned be the environment. The latent potentialitycan only be activates by long exposure to language, which requires careful step-by-step learning.

One of the best ways to answer the question that "What is Language?" is to compare the way to communicate with animal and human.
The animals communicate with each other, they do so by means of touch, smell, sight or sound.
Man acquired his sound signaling system as well as animals use sound signals.
In human language, there is no often link between the actual signal and the message to convey.
Most animals communicate about things in the immediate enviroment. But man can communicate about things that are absent as easily as about things that are present.
