Welcome, to Sheffner’s AS1 class blog.

On this blog I will post classwork and homework assignments each week. I will update the blog at the weekend after each Friday’s class.

Homework:

  2. Send me an email briefly  introducing yourself and saying what you hope to learn in this class. What do you want to be able to do by the end of this course?
  3. Read chapter 1 in the textbook.
  4. Choose EITHER a movie  OR an easy-reading book from the list and start watching it or reading it.

    I’m sorry for the late reply. I have been to England twice for studying and trip. I really want to learn the British history which is related to Japanese history. I hope I can explain British history to someone after this session. See you next class.

  12. I’m interested in your class, because I’ve been to England once.
    But now I’m not sure about British especially history, so I want to improve English skills and learn about background of British history while I take your class.

  13. I really enjoyed your class. Your pronounce is so clear for me. It helps me to understand what you said. In addition, I enjoyed watching movie. I like to watch Disney movie. I’m looking forward to taking your lecture next Friday.
